Description: Share lives, from the workplace to anyplace. Handle customer requests into the CRM system. Responsible for detailed and accurate input to provide superior customer service. Resolves problems and discrepancies through phone, e-mail, and fax correspondence with the customer. Works with other departments on routine issues. Takes personal and complete responsibility for each function to ensure customer requirements are met. Manage customer issues, inquiries, and orders through phone, e-mail, or fax. Ability to correspond with customers in a formal and professional manner. Build and manage relationships with existing customers. Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate person or department following guidelines. Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks. Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Keep customer accounts current by updating the database during calls. Responsible for safety as outlined in the safety manual. Requirements: Education: High School Graduate, some college preferred. 1-3 years prior customer service experience in a business system environment preferred. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Problem analysis and resolution abilities. Strong written communication.
