Salary & Terms Salary between £25,000 - 28,000 gross per year depending on experience Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work from home Home office stipend to support a comfortable and productive remote work environment. Role & Responsibilities In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive interaction. This is a remote position based in London, offering the flexibility to work from your home office. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy. Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer issues. Effectively navigate customer support systems and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions. Minimum Requirements Previous experience in customer support or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
