We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist - Early Morning Shift & Weekends - Remote from India. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the advocate for our customers and a key player in growing Aircall. You'll work closely with our clients to identify, solve, escalate, and advise them on their questions and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Responsibilities Work closely with clients to identify, solve, escalate, and advise them on their questions and concerns Ensure customer satisfaction at all times by providing timely and effective solutions Collaborate with the global support team to address and resolve technical issues promptly Promote product education and recommend technical solutions to customers Guide product users through features and functionalities Requirements 1+ year of experience in a SaaS B2B customer support role or transferable experience/skills Fluency in English; other languages such as Spanish or French are a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with ticketing tools and systems Understanding of how CRMs systems work Strong understanding of basic computer skills Technical aptitude (ability to understand and explain technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders) Curiosity to understand and troubleshoot complex customer inquiries Strong sense of time management and prioritization of work Ability to multi-task across different platforms and forms of communication Willingness to work with multiple teams in an international and multilingual remote environment Schedule Work both Saturdays and Sundays 2 weekly resting days planned for weekdays (from Monday to Friday) Working hours scheduled in a period of the day from 03:00 to 15:00, depending on Winter/Summer time (8 hours of active work per day, with a one-hour lunch break during the shift) What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunity to grow your career with Aircall Frontline Support with a front-row seat at all things in Aircall Learning opportunities to develop individual careers and support clients Collaboration and support from a global team of ambitious professionals Apply Now and join our team!
