Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and care.
- Offer product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chewy’s products, policies, and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their experience with Chewy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
