This role involves resolving inquiries from dental professionals regarding billing, policy, and general service information. Candidates must reside in California and bring prior experience supporting dental providers in a call center environment. This is a remote, full-time position starting July 7th, 2025 with structured training, reliable technology, and a consistent weekday schedule.
