We’re looking for a driven, outgoing, and motivated individual to join us. Key Responsibilities: Handle in-person, phone, email, and live-chat inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Advise customers on flooring options, installation services, and maintenance care to ensure informed purchasing. Process online orders, returns, and exchanges in NetSuite; liaise with warehouse and shipping teams for seamless fulfillment. Manage inquiries and resolve issues on Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and other third-party channels. Qualify and pursue sales leads generated through eCommerce platforms to drive revenue growth. Schedule LTL shipments, coordinate drop-ship orders, and file carrier claims for damaged or lost items. Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional written and verbal communication with a strong service orientation. Able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic eCommerce environment. Experience with Intercom, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a plus. Familiarity with Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces is a plus. Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs when handling samples or coordinating shipments. Eager to learn new tools, processes, and take on expanded responsibilities.
