Pay: $17.76 - $26.76 per hour Position Overview: Mercodia is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our support team as an Email/Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through email and chat channels. You will also play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our products.
