They are seeking an Entry-Level Structural Engineer to support the design and analysis of structural systems across a wide range of building types and markets, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and receiving mentorship from experienced engineers. Responsibilities - Perform structural analysis and calculations under the guidance from senior engineers - Assist in the development of construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD - Participate in coordination with internal and external project teams - Support field investigations, site visits, and structural assessments - Review shop drawings and structural submittals and assist with RFI responses during the construction phase - Continue professional development through mentorship, training, and industry engagement Skills - Bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited Civil or Architectural Engineering program, with a preferred focus in Structural Engineering - 0–3 years of experience in structural engineering - Demonstrated interest in structural engineering through internships, past work experiences, or applied academic projects - Basic understanding of CADD and willingness to learn Revit - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings - Self-motivated, organized, and driven to learn and grow - Capable of field inspection activities such as climbing ladders, hiking, and lifting up to 25 pounds - Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire - Working knowledge of design software including Revit, RAM Steel, STADD, RISA, and AutoCAD - Coursework in structural analysis, concrete design, and steel design Benefits - Hybrid (in-person and remote) work environment. - Comprehensive benefits package including wellness programs, parental leave, and pet insurance, in addition to medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. - Tax-deferred 401(k) savings plan. - Competitive paid-time-off (PTO) accrual. - Tuition reimbursement for continued education. - Commitment to professional development, access to internal and external training programs, and support of active participation in professional organizations. - Incentive compensation for eligible positions.
