Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Board Member. The role involves participating in strategic decision-making for the organization, providing leadership and guidance to shape policies, and offering insights to help achieve long-term goals. Responsibilities include attending board meetings, collaborating with other board members, contributing to business development strategies, and ensuring best practices for the organization’s operations.

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Experience in organizational management and decision-making
• Expertise in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the self-storage or property management industry is a plus
• Ability to work remotely and participate in virtual meetings
• Proven experience serving on boards or similar governance roles is highly desirable
