**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in both English and Spanish. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using world-class technology to process customer orders and inquiries.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual in additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, French, etc.)
