As a remote customer support specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing expert-level support to clients via phone, addressing their questions and concerns related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting needs * Utilizing your knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices to resolve complex issues and provide confident resolution * Demonstrating a strong ownership of customer issues, taking control of the situation, and providing timely and effective solutions * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer concerns * Staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates of QuickBooks Online and comparable accounting software * Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge **Why Join arenaflex?** * **Flexibility**: Work from the comfort of your own home, creating a schedule that suits your needs and lifestyle * **Autonomy**: Enjoy the freedom to manage your own time, prioritize tasks, and work independently * **Variety**: Expand your skillset by working with diverse clients across various industries, gaining valuable experience and insights * **Supportive Environment**: Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive and collaborative environment, empowering you to deliver exceptional customer service * **Opportunities for Growth**: Develop your skills and expertise, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development **Earnings Potential** * Earn up to $20.40 per hour * Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes **Schedule** * Flexible schedule opportunities – create your own schedule! * Schedule available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday – Friday **Skills and Competencies** * Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software * Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, etc. * Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment * Strong ownership of customer issues, taking control of the situation and providing confident resolution * Tech-savvy and avid computer user * Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor **Work Environment Requirements** * Quiet, uninterrupted space * Organized desk area **Technology Requirements** * Personal computer (no tablet) * Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed * Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet) * Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system * Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up-to-date * Wired USB headset with microphone * No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during arenaflex working time **Important Information** * For this program, you must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. * Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. * The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship.
