We believe that our employees are our greatest strength, and we empower them to lead, drive change, and give back to their communities. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Claims Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling phone and email inquiries, and providing information and explanations on our insurance products and services. Your goal will be to build trust and loyalty with our customers, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze information in our claims system to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts and provide clear explanations of our insurance products and services. * Request and distribute internal information to aid the Claims Adjudication Department in resolving customer claims. * Answer phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on our insurance products and services, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Manage work-flow, process, and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures. * Be a team member, working effectively in a friendly team environment, and being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner. * Participate in training, team meetings, and meetings with management, using camera technology to ensure seamless communication. * Other job duties as assigned. **Key to Success** * Minimum High School graduate or GED required. * Strong organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to problem-solve and multitask, and be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry skills. * The ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal staff/upper management, and customers. * Proficient working on a PC, with a working knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to learn new programs quickly. * Type at least 35 wpm, and document information while discussing the claim over the phone. * Automotive Service Department experience preferred, but not required. **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $20.50/hour. * Additional bonus and incentive opportunities. * Paid training and upward mobility – we invest in your growth. * 401(k) with company match after 90-days of employment. * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Voluntary Life Insurance. * Internet Stipend. * Casual dress code. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
