As a Customer Analytics Manager, Enterprise, you'll be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth for our clients. **Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth for our clients
* Develop and maintain standardized reporting tools to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business outcomes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on how to leverage our products
* Present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

**Minimum Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in statistics, market research, business, or a relevant technical field
* 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of presenting technical content to non-technical audiences
* Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and working with large datasets
* Strong analytical skills, including qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques
* Ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal guidance
* Advanced knowledge of Google G Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
* Travel required: ability to travel up to 20% of the time
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 5+ years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially sales, product, decision science, and marketing
* Proficiency working with superset, databricks, and AWS web services
* Developed a deep understanding of a company's ads business, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for growth, and regularly presenting findings to stakeholders
