We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our business. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for: * Responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Working collaboratively with our sales team to drive business growth and provide exceptional customer service * Using a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues * Resolving pricing and invoicing discrepancies, applying credit, and implementing return procedures * Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills **Responsibilities** * Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Work collaboratively with our sales team to drive business growth and provide exceptional customer service * Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues * Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures * Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales growth * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge * Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of customer service experience * Ability to commute to our facility from your home * A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity * Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once * Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and targets * Experience working in a team-based environment and collaborating with other teams **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation package, including a salary of $15.80/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to virtual doctors and prescription refill services * Paid time off (PTO) and 6 company holidays per year * Access to up to 30% of your paycheck before payday to help with financial emergencies * Up to 14 weeks paid leave for birth parents and up to 4 weeks paid leave for non-birth parents * 6% company contribution to a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan each pay period, no match required * Tuition reimbursement, student loan refinancing, and free access to financial counseling, education, and tools * Employee discounts and more! **Work Environment** * Enjoy your weekends off!
