**Role and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicating effectively with customers
* Working variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Minimum age: 18 years old
* Right to work in The Netherlands
* Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
* Experience working with a computer
* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
* Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
* Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office area and high-speed internet connection
