Job Overview
In this hybrid role, you will work in our call center 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling new service requests, addressing existing customer needs, and providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries. Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience, meet monthly sales goals, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers
- Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions
- Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records
- Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
- Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services
- Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime required
- Verified internet service and an established dedicated work area, with a secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed connection
- Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts, with the ability to follow technical support processes and comply with organizational security and compliance standards
Work-From-Home Requirements
As a hybrid role, you will be required to work from home 1-2 days a week. To ensure your success in this role, you will need:
- A dedicated workspace that meets arenaflex's WFH standards, with a technical, security, physical, and noise-level compliant environment
- Participation in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, and more
- Adherence to arenaflex's Clean Desk policy and other organizational security and compliance standards
