**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth. You'll work with homeowners who are eager to improve their homes through our leading West Coast brand. Your primary responsibility will be to seal the deal, highlight our top-tier service, and lock in their appointment. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize sales skills to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Maintain accurate records and data in our CRM database (ServiceTitan)
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and customer service skills
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of previous customer service experience (phone or in-person)
* Sales experience is a plus, but not required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a high-stress/fast-paced environment
* Computer savvy and familiar with Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM databases
* Ability to type quickly to capture phone conversations and data
* Excellent attendance is mandatory
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous sales experience in a customer-facing role
* Experience working in a call center or sales environment
* Familiarity with ServiceTitan CRM database
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
