**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Your key priorities will include:
* Greeting customers in a positive and approachable manner, building rapport, and addressing their needs
* Assisting customers with the selection of merchandise, answering questions, and providing product information
* Completing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system
* Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor
* Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store
* Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
* Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation
**Position Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You should be able to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
* Experience: Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred.
* Physical Requirements: You'll need to be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height. You should also be able to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Availability: You'll need to be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
