In this exciting Full-Time position, you'll have the opportunity to own each customer inquiry from start to finish, ensuring that every interaction leaves the customer feeling valued, understood, supported, and confident in their choice to trust arenaflex. Your day-to-day role will consist of guiding customers transparently through questions they may have about our company, products, systems, and processes, providing technical support for our website, app, and in-car software by troubleshooting issues that they may be having.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers via email, chat, and phone, providing technical assistance and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Guiding customers through questions about our company's products, systems, and processes, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings and services.
- Troubleshooting issues related to our website, app, and in-car software, working closely with our technical teams to resolve complex problems and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborating with external teams to resolve customer issues that require additional assistance, acting as a bridge for the customer as we navigate a resolution.
- Ensuring every customer interaction leaves them feeling valued and understood, with a positive impression of our brand and a desire to return to us for future support.
- Providing clear and empathetic communication to customers, especially in conflict situations, to resolve issues and build trust.
- Maintaining strict adherence to the assigned schedule and managing high-volume inbound calls with ease and efficiency.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 18 years of age and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to successfully pass a criminal background check and maintain a clean driving record.
- Able to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed, and maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule.
- Strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm and navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of expertise in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Courteous and friendly demeanor, with a high level of professionalism and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and experiences would be highly beneficial in this role:
- Previous work from home experience, with a proven ability to work independently and manage distractions.
- Prior experience with email and chat support, with a strong understanding of customer support/relationship management software or similar systems.
- Prior experience with automotive customer support/service/success, with a passion for the industry and a desire to learn more.
- Passion for automotive topics and electric vehicles, with a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends.
