**The Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients in the home improvement industry
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide product information and support to customers

**Essential Qualifications:**
