**Position Overview**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional support to resolve their queries and concerns. You will be responsible for:
* Processing and managing customer orders, resolving account issues, and providing product or service information in a timely and professional manner.
* Handling customer inquiries and concerns related to orders and accounts, including researching Accounts Receivable variances and navigating systems outside of SAP, such as Salesforce and customer-specific portals.
* Providing proactive communication to internal and external business partners.
* Collaborating with plants, carriers, and other stakeholders to schedule shipments and meet customer requirements.
* Resolving customer account issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Managing pricing processes based on customer requirements.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Some college or equivalent work experience in Customer Service or Accounts Receivable.
* Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
