Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers, providing personalized support and resolving issues with ease and finesse
- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful answers, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience
- Make recommendations for products or services, closing sales and exceeding customer expectations
What You Bring to the Table
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving mid-to-high level customer issues
- 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience, demonstrating your commitment to learning and growth
- Strong computer skills, with high-speed internet access (> 15 mbps) and a reliable headset (USB wired recommended)
- A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android, for seamless daily log-ins and communication
