Your key responsibilities will include: * Educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts * Utilizing compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and timely documentation * Providing empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations as our standard * Ensuring that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered and resolved * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our members **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service * Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills * High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience * Or, equivalent military experience **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting * Education beyond high school, such as a degree or certification in a related field **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** Arsenault requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster shots if required, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a work-from-home employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
