**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling phone calls, emails, and live chats, and assisting with the creation and customization of their online box office. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and live chat
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
* Assist clients with the creation and customization of their online box office, including setting up events, managing ticket sales, and configuring payment options
* Track and monitor client activity using our CRM system, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve our platform
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Perform light administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting
**Qualifications & Skills**
* High school graduate, college degree preferred
* Administrative/Customer Service experience, preferably in the performing arts industry
* Computer savvy and ability to learn quickly, with experience using software such as Word, Excel, Zoom, and online file management systems
* Experience with CRM software, such as Zoho or other help desk software, a plus but not required
* Self-starter with excellent communication and writing skills, able to work well independently and as part of a team
* Personable and energetic, with a passion for the performing arts
* Box Office experience a plus, but not required
* Must reside and work in the State of New Jersey or New York
