Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: High School Diploma or Equivalent : A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred. Previous Customer Service Experience : Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required; we welcome applicants with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues. Technical Skills : Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Flexibility and Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
