**Essential Job Functions**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Demonstrating a high level of customer assistance by phone and in-person
* Receiving and recording payments in customer accounts
* Marketing to current and former customers over the phone and in-person for additional business
* Maintaining and securing cash drawer and accounting activities (i.e., balancing and preparing deposits)
* Performing office administrative activities, including checking branch mail, filing, office supplies, etc.
* Investigating credit and processing loan applications
* Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Effective communication and time management skills
* Reliable personal transportation with insurance
* Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
* Ability to lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
* Previous customer service experience in a financial institution or related field
* Knowledge of consumer finance products and services
* Experience with cash handling and accounting procedures
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
