**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
* Processing customer transactions, including billing and payment inquiries
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
* Meeting individual and team performance metrics and goals
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of customer service experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM (Word Per Minute)
* Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
* Ability to work in a secure, private location with reliable internet access
* Availability to work from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and attend 100% of the 13-week training program
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2-3 years of call center experience
* 2-5 years of previous customer service work from home experience
* Utility experience
* Advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
* Ability to type 60-65 WPM
