**A Day in the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to make a real impact. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll undertake:
* Taking new applications and processing payments via phone
* Documenting customer concerns, issues, and inquiries
* Updating and changing account holder information
* Basic data entry
* Follow-up mail & email correspondence
* Performing account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests
* Accurately explaining the terms/conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account
* Preparing reports, including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ year consecutive Customer Service Experience
* Call Center experience is not required, but is a plus!
* 1+ year working with a computer system
* Proficient data entry skills required
* Positive demeanor and Customer Service Skills
* Strong attendance history and reliable transportation
* HS Diploma or GED
