**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing advanced client support via phone, email, or chat, resolving complex issues and answering questions related to our DIY online and software tax products
* Interpreting clients' needs, utilizing software solutions and troubleshooting skills to identify practical solutions
* Utilizing software solutions, knowledge base, and computer systems to resolve and track user incidents
* Identifying potential security issues and escalating them appropriately to business partners, including partnering with developers and other lines of business
* Communicating clearly and calmly on the telephone, email, and chat, and using effective customer service techniques with clients who may be under stress
* Demonstrating oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and interacting with all levels of associates
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* General computer navigation knowledge
* Ability to work from home with a secure and quiet workspace
* Reliable wired internet connection with minimum upload and download speeds of 15MBps (Internet Speed Test required)
* Smart phone and willingness to install an RSA token and Microsoft Teams
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in customer service or financial services position, preferably in a large phone center
* Experience in an in-bound help desk environment
* Prior experience with Microsoft Office, general computer software troubleshooting, and/or networking connectivity problems
