With a focus on remote work, we offer a flexible and dynamic work environment that allows our team members to thrive and grow. **Job Overview** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and healthcare providers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and contacts. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, and your role will be critical in ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and contacts in a fast-paced call center environment (approx. 75+ calls per day) * Screen, transfer, resolve, and dispose of calls expeditiously * Effectively schedule participant's appointments, including trouble-shooting conflicts or urgent needs, communicating with staff, family, providers, etc., and meeting appointment turn-around times as outlined by scheduling protocols * Review, process, schedule, and authorize orders * Ensure timely documentation of all updates and communication is documented within internal systems * Provide eligibility status and benefit information for participants * Address participant and provider inquiries * Escalate concerns as needed **Schedule and Work Environment** * 100% remote work arrangement, with the requirement to commute to Hollywood, CA for monthly one-day training sessions * Flexible schedule with core hours of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with the option to start between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM * Company-provided laptop, headset, and monitor **Requirements** * High School Diploma or GED required * 1 year of experience in a Service/Support call center environment * Fluency in Spanish highly preferred * Customer Service experience in a healthcare setting is a plus * Must be computer savvy, with the ability to learn CRM systems * Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection at home **Essential Qualifications** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with CRM systems and healthcare software * Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures * Bilingual or multilingual skills in addition to Spanish **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
