**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service & Sales Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out their needs and providing assistance
* Learning about our products using our tools and providing information to customers to sell entire projects
* Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department
* Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
* Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
* Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
* Meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or sales environment

* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
