**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service, Verification Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Verifying customer information to match them with the right insurance provider
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, building rapport and resolving issues
* Navigating online systems to access customer information and resolve queries
* Overcoming objections and encouraging customers to take the next step
* Working independently, with minimal supervision, to meet performance targets

**Schedule**
* Flexible schedule opportunities, with client hours of operation:
+ Monday-Friday: 7:00am to 11:00pm CST
+ Saturday: 8:00am to 7:00pm CST
+ Sunday: 11:00am to 4:00pm CST
* Limited hours after 6:00pm and all Sunday hours.
**Skills and Qualifications**
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and resolving issues
* Sales skills, with the ability to "assume the sale" and encourage customers to take the next step
* Strong ability to overcome objections and navigate online systems
* Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to engage with customers while navigating online systems
* Personal computer (no tablet), with a wired internet connection (at least 10 Mbps download speed)
* Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted)
* Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (Mac users: Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility)
**Technology Requirements**
* Personal computer (no tablet)
* Broadband internet connection, with at least 10 Mbps download speed
