This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 annually. Employees will work from the comfort of their own homes, enjoying flexibility and work-life balance. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. You'll act as the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries or face issues with their orders. Through your effective communication and problem-solving skills, you'll provide timely and accurate assistance, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
