If you're a motivated, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support & Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing live chat and email inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer journey and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) * Providing video calls to new customers using Zoom and Loom * Escalating customer support tickets to dedicated teams * Representing arenaflex in virtual and networking sessions * Utilizing customer feedback to create new ideas and improve our services **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proven experience in a customer experience role, with a focus on delivering exceptional support experiences * Strong organizational skills, with a flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities * Experience using live chat platforms, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * A passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to grow and develop your skills and expertise **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience using Keep, Thrive cart, Groove, Facebook, and Instagram * Familiarity with Zoom and Loom video conferencing platforms * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * A background in real estate or a related field would be an asset **Compensation and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive salary of up to $30,000, with an additional $1,000 bonus after passing probation * 25 days of holiday time, plus bank holidays * A MacBook laptop and all necessary software and equipment * A birthday day off and dedicated time for professional development * A fantastic hybrid working model, with the option to work from home or in our office one day per week * Team away days and regular social events to foster a sense of community and connection **Location** This is a remote opportunity, with the option to work from home or in our office one day per week.
