Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Assisting with customer inquiries and providing timely solutions through various channels, including phone, email, and chat * Supporting the team in enhancing the overall customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes * Communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner * Collaborating with team members to address customer issues and concerns, and developing solutions to prevent similar issues in the future * Gaining insights into customer service operations and best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge * Developing essential skills in communication, problem-solving, and client relations to excel in your role **Who Can Apply** We're looking for candidates who are: * Available to work from home and start the internship between 4th December 2024 and 8th January 2025 * Available to commit to the internship for a duration of 3 months * Possessing relevant skills and interests in customer service, communication, and problem-solving * Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals **Stipend and Perks** As a valued member of our team, you'll receive a competitive stipend of INR 10,000-15,000 per month.
