**Key Responsibilities**
As a CXO Site Lead, you will be responsible for:
* Interacting with customers by effectively using customer engagement strategies and modeling desired behavior for the rest of the team.
* Providing peer-to-peer feedback on processes and standards, serving as the escalation point to assist associate peers in solving customer issues, where appropriate.
* Contributing to continuous improvement of the customer experience and operations by participating in the development of best practices.
* Helping identify and communicate barriers and trends that contribute to the customer and associate experience and supporting the manager in building a strong site culture.
* Working with a manager to maintain the physical safety and quality standards of the site.
* Working in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment.
* Performing additional duties, as assigned.
* Working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Working 30-39 hours/week, Sunday to Thursday, 8:45am to 3:15pm.
* Lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, as well as continuously climbing and descending stairs.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Be 18 years of age or older.
* Have a high school or equivalent diploma.
* Have experience in training others.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Have 1+ years of floor leader or other leadership experience, or 1+ years of arenaflex experience.
* Have 1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years of arenaflex experience.

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

* Base pay: The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $56,800/year in our highest geographic market.
* Equity: Dependent on the position offered, equity may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
