About the Role
We are seeking an experienced DeFi Analyst and Customer Success/Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with our clients, providing personalized guidance and support to help them strategically navigate DeFi, build custom portfolios, and achieve their investment goals. Your expertise in DeFi will be essential in helping our clients make informed decisions and stay on track with our proven system.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients one-on-one via video calls to provide personalized guidance and support
- Build custom portfolios for clients and help them make progress toward their investment goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DeFi trends and developments, and provide insights and analysis to clients
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services to qualified clients and earn commission on sales
- Participate in 1-2 group calls per month, either as a researcher/presenter or commentator, to share insights and analysis on DeFi trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure they receive the highest level of service and support
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Deep crypto and DeFi expertise, with a strong understanding of terms such as "bridging," "perps," and "burner wallets"
- Experience in high-ticket B2C or low-ticket B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate your thoughts and ideas effectively
- Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for decentralized markets and web3 technology, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in account management and sales, with a proven track record of success
- A strong understanding of the crypto and DeFi landscape, with the ability to analyze and interpret market trends and developments
