**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Defined Contributions Customer Solutions Specialist (Licensed) to join our Wealth Customer Care group in Texas. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients, driving results, and making a meaningful impact on their financial well-being. Your instrumental role will drive results for our clients, and your expertise in Defined Contribution and/or Defined Retirement plans will be invaluable in guiding our clients towards achieving their financial goals.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage incoming calls providing financial advice to clients
* Offer guidance on plan distributions, loans, investment choices, and specific plan rules
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients
**Requirements**
* US citizenship or residency
* Industry experience in Defined Contribution or Plans
* FINRA Series 6 or 7 credential
* Possessing additional qualifications such as Series 63/65/66 is advantageous
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

**Salary Pay Range**
Minimum: $39,600.00
Maximum: $73,600.00
