As an Expeditor in our Data Entry Career, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of air travel. **Key Responsibilities** As an Expeditor in our Data Entry Career, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain management. Your key responsibilities will include: * Coordinating with external vendors to expedite the delivery of aircraft parts, meeting arenaflex's high standards for material quality and timeliness. * Working with AOG orders as required, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made to meet urgent demands. * Providing past-due notifications to suppliers, ensuring that all deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded. * Handling maintenance/transport plans and stock reports to ensure the timely availability of materials required for aircraft maintenance and repair. * Providing transportation and development data to large workgroups, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date. * Resuscitating FMR or log pages with current aircraft data, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. * Creating and resuscitating Succeed-based reports, status, and diagrams to provide clear visibility into material availability and logistics performance. * Staying up-to-date with relevant purchasing records and information within purchasing software programs, ensuring that all data is accurate and compliant. * Assisting Purchasers with obtaining clarifications and buy-requesting status, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date. * Collaborating with internal divisions and suppliers to address any discrepancies in transportation, invoicing, quality, and part number and quantity, which may impact logistics performance. * Assisting Managers in resolving receipt issues, ensuring that all discrepancies are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. * Collaborating with Supplier Managers to identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may impact logistics performance. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/arranging. * Strong inclination towards logistics planning and coordination. * Long-term postgraduate education in Business Management, Operations Management, or Finance is a plus. * 1 year of experience in a warehouse or expeditor role or equivalent experience in a related field. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Ability to think "new" and bring innovative ideas to the table. * Strong capacity to oversee multiple tasks while managing constraints and change. * Ability to assist others and work collaboratively as part of a team. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
