**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Bookkeeper to join our growing team of finance and accounting professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing and implementing process improvements to drive business growth and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, product, and business stakeholders, to ensure that financial data is accurate, complete, and actionable.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze and interpret financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement process improvements to drive business growth and efficiency, including automation of financial processes and development of financial models
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial data is accurate, complete, and actionable
* Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
* Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including technical, product, and business teams
* Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, laws, and regulations, and ensure that arenaflex's financial processes and procedures are compliant
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of US GAAP and income frameworks
* Experience with data analysis and financial modeling
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with cloud-based accounting systems, such as QuickBooks or Xero
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with programming languages, such as Python or SQL
* Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights
* Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
