**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time remote position. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, delivering tailored financial solutions, and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer experiences through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
* Deliver tailored financial solutions to customers, including affordable repayment plans and debt management strategies
* Manage customer accounts, including car finance, bank accounts, credit cards, loans, catalogues, mortgages, and mobile phone services
* Investigate customer debt and provide personalized solutions to reduce overall customer debt
* Ensure compliance with all outcomes and activities held within the Consumer Duty regulation, driving fair outcomes for customers
* Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with one in three Saturdays, and varied shift patterns
* Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to develop your skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work with sensitive and challenging customer situations
* Good numeracy and English literacy skills
* Ability to use different systems and software to accurately reflect conversations and outcomes
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the financial services industry
* Knowledge of debt management and financial solutions
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

* Competitive starting base salary of £23,850 with OTE up to £27,427 (bonus paid monthly, subject to performance)
