As an American Airlines Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our London Heathrow customer services team, working within our worldwide & cargo department. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of leaders, delivering a safe and exceptional airport experience to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing consistently excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
* Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc)
* Working closely with and taking instructions from team leaders responsible for the flight/works areas/shift
* Conducting relevant administrative tasks, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure
* Adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times
* Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers
* Attending and completing all mandatory training by given deadlines
* Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times
* Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post

* Reliability and punctuality
* Compliance with all arenaflex guidelines and policies
* The ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard
* A valid BAA airside pass
* GSAT training
* The willingness and ability to efficiently complete all relevant training
* A valid DVLA driving license, with the willingness and ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required
* The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required
**Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Work Experience**
* PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
