**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their insurance policies, including questions about coverage, billing, and policy modifications
* Provide solutions to complex issues, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Utilize computer systems and data systems to search for answers and information
* Demonstrate a high level of empathy and understanding when dealing with customers
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Must have open availability during hours of operation
* Professional customer service aptitude
* Basic conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
* Ability to use a headset and work on a computer for extended periods
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
* Familiarity with computer systems and data systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

* Must be comfortable with being on web camera during training and production
