As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through a telephone-based model, supporting multiple locations and organizations across the U.S. with a focus on their geographic region. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and career while making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer experiences through a telephone-based model, addressing trauma center issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Develop and maintain positive, value-added relationships with business leaders and HR Business Partners (HR BPs) across the arenaflex Blue Box, identifying and resolving employee issues within these groups. * Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on presentation management issues, including absence, performance, conduct, and harassment, ensuring compliance with policies, practices, and relevant labor laws. * Conduct meetings and goal-setting sessions to promote a positive workplace culture. * Manage a wide range of tasks, including the development and improvement of policies and procedures, training on key Employee Relations issues, and contributing to the development and execution of Employee Relations programs aligned with business objectives and HR processes. * In some cases, conduct grievance investigations and work with resolutions, while identifying process improvement opportunities and policy gaps through trend analysis. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree and PHR certification (Preferred). * Experience in a HR consulting role with a proven ability to influence without authority. * Demonstrated ability to establish boundaries, manage multiple tasks, and deliver against deadlines. * Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience managing various levels within an organization. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting and contributing to the development of employee communications and training programs. * Sound analytical, decision-making, critical thinking, and planning skills, with the ability to understand complex HR issues and resolve conflict situations. * High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, with the ability to conduct investigations and drive positive resolutions. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Psychology). * Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in Employee Relations. * Certification in a relevant area, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI certifications. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
