As a key member of our Digital Experience and Client Data Management team, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our ongoing client information stage (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform. Our team is made up of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared vision of delivering world-class experiences that inspire and delight. **About the Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert technical support to our internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. You'll work closely with our IT and other groups to ensure seamless execution of technical requirements and implementations. Your expertise will be essential in investigating and resolving complex technical issues, providing training and guidance on the effective use of our CDP and Adobe Experience Platform, and collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to drive product improvements and workarounds. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee and maintain the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Ongoing CDP to address project issues and ensure optimal performance. * Support new development, setup, and maintenance on the platform, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. * Provide expert technical guidance and direction to internal teams on the use of the CDP and RT-CDP stage. * Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to the platform and execute solutions. * Collaborate with IT and other groups to align on technical requirements and implementations. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform. * Conduct regular reviews to ensure optimal utilization of the platform. * Develop and deliver training courses to up-skill internal teams on the effective use of the platform. * Collaborate with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to drive product improvements and workarounds. **Advantages and Benefits** A career at arenaflex offers more than just a job – it's a chance to see the world, grow professionally, and enjoy a range of benefits that will help you continue to thrive.
