**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting business clients through enhancement, reporting, and investigation. You'll also be tasked with maintaining service levels through gathering or surpassing customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity objectives. Additionally, you'll support the execution and advancement of Google's Automatic business age and stage arrangements, provide discussion and technical support to a Worldwide Merchant group, and contribute to the investigation and streamlining of cycles, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scale.
**Responsibilities:**
* Support business clients through enhancement, reporting, and investigation
* Maintain service levels through gathering or surpassing customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity objectives
* Support the execution and advancement of Google's Automatic business age and stage arrangements
* Provide discussion and technical support to a Worldwide Merchant group
* Contribute to the investigation and streamlining of cycles, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scale
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
* Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
**Requirements:**
* Four-year college education or equivalent reasonable experience
* 1 year of experience with account management, tasks, project management, or a comparable job
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
* Experience with business age or Promotion serving arrangements (e.g., Google Promotion Director, AdMob, DV360)
* Experience in streamlining functional cycles (e.g., automation)
* Understanding of web-based promoting arrangements (e.g., Promotion serving, business age) and key stages and patterns (e.g., desktop, mobile, video)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services)
* Experience with agile project management methodologies
* Strong understanding of business operations and processes
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
