**The Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality data entry support for our digital media and advertising initiatives. This includes:
* Leading a team of data entry specialists in supporting sales reps and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing
* Developing and executing effective media plans that drive revenue growth
* Allocating team responsibilities while contributing to and aiding the effort management
* Performing all tasks related to campaign management, including stock valuation, media plan creation, order entry, dealing, streamlining, reporting, and invoicing
* Ensuring the Record Administrator is fully prepared on campaign execution and able to address all related questions
* Serving as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests regarding stock, promotion items, or campaigns
* Assisting Sales, Finance, and Accounting in revenue tracking
* Investigating and resolving promotion delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Promotion Stages support
* Testing potential promotion tech vendor integrations and providing input on contract discussions
**Key Responsibilities**
* Ideate, execute, audit, and advance functional cycles that drive quality and efficiency
* Analyze usage and execution of digital stock to develop strategies and products that boost revenue yield
* Make due, tutor, and foster ability, including training future recruits
* Create and update internal documentation to explain processes and best practices
* Collaborate with regional teams and serve as a local center of excellence for different offices across EMEA
* Stay up-to-date with TWDC's promotion tech stack and system, and follow industry developments
**The Experience We Expect From You**
* Graduate level or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in promotion tech
* Team management insight
* Master in defining and advancing cycles
* Profoundly able in determining, arranging, dealing, and overseeing promotion lobbies for show and video across sites, applications, social stages, and associated television conditions
* Shown capacity in enacting efforts, creating precise and applicable experiences, and enhancing execution
* Solid understanding of automatic promoting, advances that power it, and key sellers in the space
* Familiar with general information security and protection prerequisites connected with advanced publicizing
* Ready to address the organization in outside gatherings and occasions
* Media or diversion brand experience is helpful, as is knowledge of the cycles and strategies of a global partnership
* Essential ability together and promote the executive's frameworks (eg: Google Promotion Chief), promotion server frameworks (eg: DV360), and the administrations of Inventive Labels and Following to help and lead the relegated group.
