You'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex employees, partners, and vendors through phone, email, and chat support * Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to arenaflex's IT systems, including hardware, software, and network issues * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve IT systems * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues using a tagging/global positioning framework * Participating in continuous training and development activities to stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices **Responsibilities** * Maintain Service Desk metrics by meeting or exceeding targets for quality, productivity, and service * Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's business and IT systems, including various business areas, technical conditions, and systems that support the business * Recognize the impact of changes to IT supported systems and adapt investigations to address customer issues * Demonstrate autonomous judgment and responsibility for resolving technical issues * Effectively participate in the development of relational skills and professionalism in interactions with vendors, supported customers, and other IT teams * Build and maintain effective, cooperative, and productive relationships with second and third-level IT teams, vendors, and supported customers * Resolve or escalate incidents, and create internal news and knowledge base articles * Participate in continuous improvement activities by assessing internal tools and processes, and suggesting improvements * Provide answers to customers by identifying issues, investigating responses, and guiding customers through remedial actions * Assess, investigate, and address end customers' IT system issues through first-level IT technical support via phone, chat, or email **Requirements** * Energy for and genuine interest in IT * Strong critical thinking, investigative skills, and customer service skills * Positive, mature, and professional attitude * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and within time limitations * Remarkable hard working attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently * Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, Google Applications, and other relevant software applications * Planning flexibility to address the needs of the business; a day-in and day-out/365 climate **Preferred Qualifications** * Past experience in business operations or IT-related fields * Experience using a tagging/global positioning framework * Knowledge of and experience using Google Applications, AS400, scheduling, and other relevant software applications * Past Service Desk experience or IT-related degree(s) or certification(s) **Benefits** arenaflex offers a range of benefits to its employees as part of its compensation and motivation package.
