**Work Synopsis:**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, data analysis, and quality control. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You'll also be responsible for identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Securely use and work different devices, including power tools, derricks, and production equipment
* Maintain a reliable pace throughout the shift, with a focus on quality (i.e., within relevant quality standards)
* Maintain standard, reliable attendance
* Precisely complete administrative work expected for production records
* Ability to read, understand, and adhere to established procedures and guidelines
* Observe all safety guidelines and regulations strictly and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Participate in continuous improvement processes
* Perform duties assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead
* Stay at work past 40 hours as required and ordered by production plans
**Abilities and Information:**
* 18 years old or older
* Basic knowledge of computers
* Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
* Physical requirements:
+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
+ Ability to twist, wind, turn, bend, and squat
+ Stand and walk eight hours a day and reach above constantly
+ Use air/power/vibrating tools and do firm, pincher grasping
+ Work safely around moving equipment, power tools, and modern vehicles
+ Monotonous use of extremities
+ Performing any of these capabilities for up to 12 hours a day may be necessary
**PRE-Recruit Preparation:**
We have partnered with the Alabama Department of Commerce to establish a modified training program for candidates seeking employment with arenaflex. All candidates for hire seeking hourly jobs in our manufacturing tasks are required to attend this training with AIDT.
