**Job Synopsis**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be an informed authority for corporate travel management organizations. With significant judgment, you'll make decisions to drive steady income, utilizing aspects of our organization and corporate client associations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Acting as an informed authority for TMC (Travel Management Organization) business for arenaflex
* Building key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for arenaflex
* With minimal guidance, exercising extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements fully focused on achieving the highest share and yield possible in individual markets
* Collaborating with legal and risk management groups to develop contract-official arrangements
* Analyzing income, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profit
* Building key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for arenaflex
* Developing marketing-related initiatives to assist in driving sales efforts, planning closely with marketing and business development groups
* Managing the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, planning arrangements, and coordination with pricing
* Planning business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management group to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected income per the details of the agreement
* Monitoring reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market
* Monitoring income, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved
* Successfully managing and allocating time and resources, boosting income opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex
* Preparing and executing local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensuring arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market
**Work Experience, Education, and Skills**
* Required:
+ 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field
+ Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
